Behavioral Health Alliance is a private practice that is dedicated to providing mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
BHA specializes in providing treatment for various mental health diagnoses, such as post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, and adjustment disorders, and assists clients dealing with different issues such as self-esteem, grief, women’s issues, relationship issues, and stress.
What was the challenge?
Behavioral Health wanted to create an online community on Instagram and Facebook interested in their services.
To achieve this, they needed to create strategic content to improve brand recognition, meet audience needs, and collect data for effective future digital marketing strategies.
What have we done?
- Based on the company’s logo and website, we establish a graphic proposal (colors, fonts, and shapes) for social media content.
- With the services as a starting point, we create content pillars to produce consistent, quality social media content schedules that support the BHA’s purpose.
- The monthly social media schedules have been modified each month to generate more reach, according to the reports’ statistics.
- Supervised by Muna Mohamed, CEO of Behavioral Health Alliance, the contents are designed from various angles to strengthen brand positioning and spread mental health awareness.
