Refunds Policy2022-08-16T16:29:32+00:00

Skytop does not offer refunds on deposits or payments for abandoned projects that lay dormant for more than 30 days. There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase.

Brand Awareness, SEO, Pay Per Click, Email marketing, or any other package are not refundable, but the Client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance. In the case where the Client has terminated a Service Agreement involving recurring monthly program costs or a marketing retainer, the Client will be billed for the entire month of services if the termination date occurs after the first of the month (e.g., the Client gives notice on January 15th of desire to terminate; Client will be billed for January and February due to the 30-day notice period).

We do not offer any refund for services already delivered, started, or miscellaneous charges that are non-recoverable for Skytop Digital Services.

Web design and development demand extensive resources and incur internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payment for hosting is non-refundable.

Suppose all criteria are met to qualify for a refund. In that case, Skytop will deduct from the refund all costs and resources invested in that specific project, including but not limited to credit card charges (receiving and refunding payment), hours spent on the project, and any tool, software, or any expense incurred in the project.

There are no exceptions to our refund policy.
